Lingue is operated by Ritesh Kumar, an individual, at Sanjhuli, Rohtas, Bihar, India 802220. Contact: no-reply@thegeniuss.co.in. Lingue is intended for children and adults; a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms where required.
The service
Lingue provides language lessons, practice activities, progress features and, where enabled, AI-assisted learning, speech recognition, pronunciation feedback, advertisements, subscriptions and one-time digital purchases. Lingue currently has no camera feature. Features may change or require an account, permission or paid entitlement.
Your account and conduct
Keep your credentials secure and account information accurate. Do not impersonate others, bypass age or parental controls, interfere with the service, exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineer where prohibited, upload malicious code, or use Lingue unlawfully or harmfully.
Learning content and AI outputs
Lessons, translations, speech recognition and AI feedback may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable. Use your own judgment and do not rely on Lingue for emergency, medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Content, purchases and virtual items
You retain rights in content you submit and grant Lingue permission to process it as reasonably necessary to provide the feature you choose. Prices and benefits are shown before purchase. Coins, diamonds and similar items are digital benefits with no cash value unless mandatory law says otherwise.
Availability, termination and disputes
Lingue is provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may suspend access to protect users, prevent abuse or comply with law. These Terms are subject to the laws of India without removing mandatory consumer protections in your region.
