Plans and benefits
Lingue offers a free tier, optional premium subscriptions and one-time purchases. Indicative prices supplied are ₹99 per month and ₹999 per year. Currency, taxes, plan benefits, renewal behaviour and the purchase flow must be confirmed on the checkout screen before payment.
Before purchase
Review the displayed price, currency, billing period, automatic renewal, trial terms, billing date, benefits, cancellation instructions and taxes. Do not purchase if any detail is missing or incorrect.
Billing provider and renewal
Razorpay is the currently identified payment provider. Do not imply Apple or Google Play billing is available unless implemented. If a subscription auto-renews, it renews for the disclosed period and price unless cancelled before the provider cutoff.
Trials and cancellation
A disclosed free or discounted trial converts to the paid plan when it ends unless cancelled before the provider cutoff. Cancel through the provider managing the subscription; for Razorpay, use the account or checkout cancellation flow or email no-reply@thegeniuss.co.in with the transaction reference. Uninstalling Lingue or deleting an account does not necessarily cancel a subscription.
Changes, failed payments and support
We will provide notice and obtain consent where required before material price or benefit changes. A provider may retry failed payments or suspend access. If you paid but premium access is missing, contact no-reply@thegeniuss.co.in with the order reference, product, platform and approximate purchase time. Never send full card details or one-time passcodes.
