Lingue is operated by Ritesh Kumar, an individual, at Sanjhuli, Rohtas, Bihar, India 802220. This policy applies to the Lingue app, website, learning features, support channels and related services. Lingue is intended for children and adults; parental consent and age-related controls apply where required.
Personal data we may process
We may process account and authentication data, learning progress and history, voice input and speech-to-text transcripts, AI prompts and responses, device and diagnostic data, advertising signals where enabled, purchase records and support messages. Lingue currently has no camera feature.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide lessons and feedback, deliver voice and AI features, track progress, provide support, process purchases, prevent abuse and fraud, show ads where enabled and legally permitted, and comply with legal obligations.
Providers and international transfers
We may share the minimum data needed with hosting, authentication, payment, analytics, advertising and AI providers. The currently identified providers are Stream.io, Google Gemini and Razorpay; their exact roles, data flows, retention, regions and model-training settings must match the released configuration. Providers may process information outside your country.
