Request deletion
You can initiate account deletion in the Lingue app, use this public page, or email no-reply@thegeniuss.co.in from the account email where possible. A parent or legal guardian may contact us about a child’s account.
What deletion does
Deletion is intended to remove your account and associated personal data that we are not legally required to retain. We may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, accounting or legal records for the required period.
Processing and verification
We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity or authority, without requesting unnecessary information. Copies in backups or provider systems may take time to expire or require separate requests subject to provider capabilities.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Lingue account does not necessarily cancel an external subscription. Cancel through the billing provider before requesting deletion if you do not want future renewals.
